Creating a note from highlighted text

Using Note Refractor you can highlight text in a note and make that text into a new note

hot key	functionality
`Ctrl/Cmd` + `Shift` + N	extract selection into a new note with the first line as the file name
`Ctrl/Cmd` + `Shift` + C	extract selection into a new note, specify a file name

Currently, the format of the refracted note has the front matter from the Default Template included.
The text in the previous note will be automatically replaced with a Transclusion of the new note
